Jessica Hoy


Jessica Hoy, DO, FAOCD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist, native to Columbus, Ohio. She completed her undergraduate degree in Zoology at Miami University in 2009 graduating cum laude. She then attended Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio where she received her Doctorate of Osteopathy in 2013 followed by a Traditional Rotating Internship at Botsford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.

Dr. Hoy completed her dermatology training with the OhioHealth Dermatology Residency program in 2017 where she served as chief resident. She then went on to complete a dermatopathology fellowship at Cleveland Clinic in 2018.

Dr. Hoy is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology with an added Certificate of Added Qualification in Dermatopathology. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatopathology and American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. Hoy is committed to providing the highest quality of care for the breadth of skin, hair and nail disorders in patients of all ages. She is also passionate about teaching. She serves as the Director of Dermatopathology and Assistant Program Director to the OhioHealth Dermatology Residency program where she actively trains dermatology residents and students.

In her free time, she enjoys time spent with her husband, son and dog. Her hobbies include traveling, cooking and exercising.
