In May 2007, Alicia graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences. She continued her academic studies at the University of South Alabama -Department of Physician Assistant Studies where she completed the didactic core curriculum, clinical rotations, and a Master’s thesis. She graduated in July of 2010 and received a Master of Health Science degree. In October 2010, Alicia began working as a certified Physician Assistant at Poole Dermatology under the direct supervision of Dr. Jeffrey Poole. Alicia treats a wide range of skin conditions as well as performs multiple surgical procedures and excisions. She is also expanding her interests and skills in cosmetic dermatology.  She is board certified with both the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
