Coleman E. Altman, DO, is a board-certified dermatologist and an expert in surgical and general dermatology. He graduated from North Carolina State University in 1991 and from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998. He completed his transitional internship in Augusta, Georgia, at Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center. In 1999, he became the medical officer for the enlisted Army and Marines at the David B. Bleak Troop Medical Center in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He completed his dermatology residency at Brooke Army and Wilford Hall Air Force Medical Centers in San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Altman has been married for over 30 years and has three beautiful daughters. When he is not at work, he enjoys gardening, swimming, yard work, and wearing long-sleeved SPF 30 shirts and a wide-brimmed hat.
