Drore Eisen, M.D, D.D.S is a dual trained dermatologist and dentist. In addition to caring for patients with general dermatologic conditions, he has expertise in diagnosing and treating patients with diseases of the mouth. He graduated from Columbia University with a major in math, and he received his dental and medical training from the Medical College of Virginia where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical honor society, and the Sigma Zeta Honorary Science Society. Dr. Eisen completed his residency training at the University of Michigan where he was selected as the chief resident. He is Board Certified in Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Eisen has coauthored 2 textbooks as well as several chapters in textbooks, and over 50 articles on dermatologic and oral diseases. He is an invited and featured speaker at numerous major medical and dental conferences and has been a visiting lecturer at many universities, both nationally and internationally. His contributions to the clinical practice of dermatology were recognized by the Mayo Clinic which presented him with the prestigious Harold O. Perry Lecture Award. Dr. Eisen has participated in many clinical research trials and has collaborated on oral cancer research projects with The National Cancer Institute. He has been listed as a “Top Doctor” in Dermatology in Cincinnati Magazine every year since 1997.
