Eileen Benedict, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in medical and surgical dermatology at Dermatology and Skin Surgery Center in Elkhart, Indiana. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner track, from Xavier University.

Eileen provides comprehensive dermatologic care for patients of all ages, with a focus on skin cancer screenings, skin cancer surgery, acne treatment, inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, and evaluation of moles and pigmented lesions. She works closely with dermatologist Dr. Roger Moore to deliver expert medical and surgical dermatology services in Elkhart, IN. Her clinical training includes extensive dermatology mentorship and hands-on experience in diagnosing and treating complex skin conditions.

She received Xavier University’s Clinical Innovation and Excellence Award for her work improving access to dermatologic care in federally qualified health centers and was selected for the 2026 Johnson & Johnson Early Career Development Awards Program.

Outside of the clinic, Eileen enjoys traveling, yoga and fitness, reading, crocheting, and spending time with her fiancé and two cats.
