Gina Gano, MPAS, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant who specializes in the screening and treatment of skin malignancies, benign lesions, general plastics, breast surgery and cosmetics in the Dayton, Springfield and Vandalia areas. She assists in the operating room and sees patients in the clinic, providing both intraoperative and postoperative care to surgical patients.

Gina completed her undergraduate degree in 2019 at Wright State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Applied Physiology and a minor in Public Health. She then went on to complete her medical training in 2021 at Kettering College of Medical Arts, where she earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to joining the team at Miami Valley Plastic Surgeons in April 2024, she worked in orthopedic spine surgery and osteoporosis care in Springfield, OH.

She remains passionate about providing appropriate patient education, reassurance and compassion with every interaction. You can count on her for a gentle touch and a warm smile!

In her free time, she loves to play volleyball, go hiking and travel with her husband. She also enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her golden retriever, Roman.
