Dr. Pomann is passionate about plant-based nutrition as a path to good health. He is an American Board of Dermatology-certified physician and a member of the Michigan Dermatological Society. He graduated from the University of Michigan, majoring in cellular and molecular biology. After graduation, Dr. Pomann obtained the following certifications and licensures: Emergency Medical Technician (E.M.T.), Registered Evoked Potential Technician (REPT) and Intraoperative Neurological Monitoring (CNIM), all while working in medicine. Additionally, he earned his Master of Medical Science from Wayne State University. He completed his dermatology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. He is also on staff at William Beaumont Hospital – Troy.

He is passionate about raising his young daughters and studying philosophy and psychology.
