Dr. Krach is board-certified in dermatology and Mohs surgery. He received his undergraduate and medical school degrees, and completed his residency in dermatology, from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Krach completed two years of subspecialty training in melanoma, a fellowship in Dermatologopharmacology at the University of Michigan, and his fellowship in Mohs Surgery at Northwestern University in Chicago. He is widely published and has done clinical and basic science research in dermatology. He lectures regularly at state, local and national conferences.
His primary interest is cutaneous oncology. Dr. Krach held a clinical faculty appointment at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and is a clinical associate professor at Michigan State University. He is on the teaching faculty of the dermatology Residency at Trinity Health Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he has won multiple “Teacher of the Year” awards.
He is also the program director of the Mohs Surgery Fellowship Program at Trinity Health, where he trains other doctors to be Mohs surgeons, and he has served on several national committees of the American College of Mohs Surgery. Dr. Krach has been named to numerous "Best Doctor" and "Top Doctor" lists, including the HOUR Detroit Magazine list for many consecutive years. He is currently in clinical practice at the Midwest Skin Cancer Surgery Center in Clinton Township and Trinity Health/St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor.
