Kiana Hartman, BSN, RN, began her career in dermatology in 2018 at our Elkins office as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She has spent her time with Mountain State working at several locations, including our Parkersburg, Morgantown and Bridgeport offices. With over 7 years of experience in the field, and after obtaining her RN in 2024, she has grown her passion for dermatology by gaining experience and training to specialize in cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic services. Kiana has completed numerous training and shadowing opportunities. She is a certified Botox and Dermal Filler injector through Aesthetic Medical, and has trained with representatives from Galderma (Dysport) and AbbVie (Botox), as well as working closely with Dr. Norton and Dr. King in observing and providing cosmetic procedures.

Her goal is to provide the best care possible while fostering trusting relationships with clients, creating positive experiences that help individuals feel more confident in their own skin so they can look and feel their best. The aim is to provide individualized care, empowering clients to feel beautiful in their skin while maintaining their natural beauty and uniqueness.

Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, painting, traveling, snowboarding, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Paisley.
