Dr. Couvillion joined SBA Dermatology, part of Sanova Dermatology, in 2017. A graduate of Louisiana State University School of Medicine – New Orleans, she completed her Internship in Internal Medicine and her Dermatology Residency training at Tulane University where she served as Chief Resident. Before starting medical school she also received a Masters of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology from Tulane University. Dr. Couvillion is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She is a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the Houston Dermatological Society, and the Women's Dermatologic Society.

Dr. Couvillion practices medical and cosmetic dermatology and sees patients of all ages. She is a Principal Investigator for dermatology clinical trials and is committed to advancing the therapies available to our patients. She also serves as a speaker and consultant for leading pharmaceutical companies.

Dr. Couvillion has been recognized as a Rising Star in Texas Monthly’s Super Doctors in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, 2023, as a Houstonia Magazine Top Doctor in 2022, 2023, and 2024, and as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor in 2024 and 2025.
