Mika earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from Michigan State University. She pursued her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies with a focus in dermatology from Touro College in Manhattan, NY. Active in professional societies, with memberships in the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), and Michigan Dermatology Physician Assistants (MiDPA).

Mika joined Dr. Gildenberg and Dr. Altman at the Warren office of the Midwest Center for Dermatology in 2015. She treats patients of all ages with hair, skin, and nail disorders. Mika has a special interest in treating acne and hair disorders in skin of color, identifying patients at high risk for skin cancer and providing them with comprehensive skin exams, and educating patients on preventative measures for skin cancer and aging.
