Dr. Roger T. Moore is a Board Certified Dermatologist specializing in skin cancer identification and treatment, Mohs Micrographic Surgery, general dermatology and cosmetic rejuvenation through minimally invasive treatments. He founded DermacenterMD in Elkhart, IN in 2004 and joined DOCS Dermatology in 2020.



Dr. Moore is active in the areas of cosmetic and surgical dermatology and frequently shares his knowledge with the community, on local radio shows and in newspapers (including the South Bend Tribune). Dr. Moore also lectures physicians on many subjects in general and cosmetic dermatology. He founded and hosted the Dermwise Dermatology Summit continuing education event for medical providers.


He is the innovator of a leading-edge online dermatology educational system for Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistants. The training has been used by providers at Mayo Clinic, Dupage Medical Clinic, DOCS Dermatology and dermatology practices across the United States. Dr. Moore works diligently to elevate the knowledge of dermatology providers .



Dr. Moore lectures as far away as Texas for the American Cancer Society and in his office where he routinely teaches physicians-in-training from Notre Dame and Indiana University Medical school. He has also contributed to research in cosmetic procedures including Botulinum Toxin (Botox).



Dr. Moore knows the importance of continuing his own education. He maintains the highest level of continuing education including courses from international leaders in cosmetic and surgical dermatology. He has even undertaken advanced training in Botox from the innovator of Botox, Dr. Allister Carruthers, as well as training in advanced usage of cosmetic fillers from the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and completed a course at the Ageless Aesthetic Institute to mention a few. Much of his training is in advanced courses only offered to dermatologists. He takes very seriously the trust his patients place in him as their provider.
